Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor embroidery and apparel decoration equipment
• Hoop garments and assist with machine setup and production runs
• Prepare garments, thread, backing, and materials for production
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Fold, package, and prepare orders for pickup or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments
• Provide excellent customer service when needed
• Learn and assist with embroidery machine operation and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Experience in embroidery, screen printing, apparel decoration, or production is a plus but not required
